I have the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable or feel I cannot follow through on up to my and the commissioner’s standards.

Upon receiving a commission the buyer must not claim the image as their own regardless of how many edits were done/ how the artwork is being used. (i.e. If the character is yours, the character is yours! but the artwork of the character is made by me.)

I will provide you with a rough preliminary sketch to get the “go ahead” before moving forward from that point before I ask for payment, and after I see the payment I will continue to work on your drawing until completion!

Depending on complexity and my queue, drawings can take me anywhere from a few days to a week or more to complete. But I try to get them done ASAP

You can ask me anytime for wips and updates, like wise I'll try to periodically provide updates otherwise

You may print or do whatever you want with the commission for personal use only. you may not mass-produce or otherwise re-sell my artwork. This includes tokenizing I will never accept NFT's or crypto.

I do not accept NFT's. I will NEVER accept NFT's or crypto. If you attempt to pay me in a NFT I will cancel the commission on the spot and black list you.

Commissions will be sent online so the commissioner will receive the highest quality version (I can send it through email, upload it to D.a's Stash tool, ect. You may tell me a preferred method if you have one)

All work done outlined here are digital, no physical copy will be sent out, this is understood by the individual receiving the commission

If you need to tweak something after I have already started on your commission I can make that change as long as the commission is still being worked on! After the commission is finished I can do minor adjustments. It should be understood by the commissioner that major changes should be made before its finished.

If you need to cancel the commission before completion I will refund you depending on the level of completion. A percentage of the full price may only be refunded to compensate for my time and effort depending on level of completion.

It is understood that YCH (your character here) commissions are not one of a kind since they are based off of a template I made.

These are the typical level of completion I do for most my oc drawings, cell shading with some blending and highlights for some extra polish
